transformation is my thing.

I've experienced the highs, the lows and everything in between. I'm passionate about sharing the powerful lessons, tools & methods that helped me go from living life out of alignment to coming home to my true self. I've journeyed a wild path from sobriety to divorce to career transformation in my 40's. At rockbottom, I choose to rise, to surrender, to alchemize the pain of the past and create a new life. This is true alchemy.

Through the fear, uncertainty and sadness, I discovered a new way of being. In letting go, I found freedom, joy, purpose, love and the spiritual awakening I had been seeking. Today. I am honoured to walk with women like myself through their dark night into the light.

Intuition & spirit has carried me through this most beautiful albeit painful journey & I wouldn't change a thing. I am a better woman for it. Through my journey, I discovered a holistic approach to healing and thriving through life changes and challenges. Today, I live with true joy and deep fulfillment - even on the tough days. All my life, I felt something was missing and now I live from my heart & soul with the knowing that my purpose is being fulfilled by serving women so that they can move through life's challenges supported and with ease & grace.

I am passionate about sharing holistic alchemy with women who desire to have it all - no matter where they are or where they have been. We get to have it ALL. Joy, freedom, love, beauty, connection, inner peace, purpose and abundance.
